- 1 cup of hot water or hot tea or lemonade
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Lemon slices optional
- 2 cinnamon sticks optional
- 1/2 oz Whiskey
Instructions
Heat liquid of choice
Add honey, lemon, whiskey
Stir till combined
add lemon slices and cinnamon sticks (optional)
Slowly drink, enjoy and feel better!

This easy non alcoholic hot toddy recipe for cough is great for kids.
- 1 cup hot water, mild hot tea or lemonade.
- 1 T honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Lemon slices and cinnamon sticks, optional
Follow directions as above.
Pour hot water in a large mug.
Add in whiskey, honey and lemon juice. Stir.
Add in lemon slice and cinnamon sticks.
Slowly drink, enjoy and feel better!
