How do I access a paperless employee? ›

STEP 1: Go to the website https://www.paperlessemployee.com/populus STEP 2: Click the Create Account button on the right-hand side of the screen. STEP 3: Enter your Employee ID (provided to you by Populus Group), Social Security Number, and your Date of Birth. Then, click Authenticate & Create Account.

Team members may sign up to access their W-2s or 1095Cs electronically. Team members with questions about accessing their tax documents may call the W-2 Hotline at 1-877-824-0707.

All Team Members can log in with any device and have immediate access to the tools you need to do your job. Available services and applications include Workday, Kronos, Concur, ProofPoint On Demand, GetThere, Dash Portal, Pulse Secure, and more. Sign in using your network username and password.

You can start going paperless by embracing technology. Start new good habits by not printing out documents and using an electronic signature tool like Docusign eSignature to get documents signed online. Start storing your documents in the cloud using Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox.
