System:
Ryzen 5 5600
MSI B450M Mortar
RX 580 8GB
FOCUS 550 GC (SSR-550FC) (System is around 6-7 yo)
Corsair 2x8GB 3000MHZ
System Drive 250GB WD Black SN750 (22GB Free Out of 232GB)
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version 22H2
OS Build 19045.3803
Note: I recently changed the CPU from a Ryzen 3 2200G, if that might be relevant
Hello everyone, i need some help with a problem my system is having over the last week. In the middle of a game, my pc crashed with a brief blue screen then immediately restarts. After that, everytime i launch a game it would do the same thing (Blue screen -> PC restarts). Any other programs works fine (Browsers, Discord, Antivirus, ETC). I managed to do a quick fix that worked by reinstalling the GPU power connector, using the other unused 8-PIN connector. That only lasted a few days though, and the problem is happening again right now.
I have tried uninstalling (with DDU) and reinstalling the graphics driver, but it did nothing to solve the problem. I have also stress tested the GPU with FurMark on 1080p 4xMSAA, and it encountered no problems. The GPU drew in 144W, Temps never exceeded 70C, and the GPU Load was on 100%. It worked without any problems. No system crash or blue screen whatsoever. I have also tried system file check, to no avail. Im guessing the problem would be on the PSU since the problem seem to happen on high stress loads but it is weird that stress testing works fine and doesnt replicate the problem. i would greatly appreciate some thoughts on a potential fix, or analysis if a part of my pc is failing

What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard?
Seasonic 550W 80+ Gold
Seasonic is the brand of the PSU while 550W is the advertised wattage for the unit. What is the model of the unit and it's age?
