¿Cómo se llama y en qué consiste el servicio?
En el caso de Nativa Mastercard se denomina “Mastercard Airport Experience” (MCAE). En cuanto a Nativa Visa, se llama “Priority Pass” (PPass). Ambos te dan acceso a múltiples salas VIP en aeropuertos de todo el mundo. Cada usuario de tarjeta accede a este beneficio independientemente de la aerolínea elegida para realizar el viaje, el tipo de boleto aéreo adquirido o la participación en algún programa de viajero.

¿Qué tarjetas pueden acceder a este servicio?
Titulares y adicionales de tarjetas Nativa Mastercard Black y Nativa Visa Signature. El Banco Nación otorga 2 pases bonificados por año calendario para el titular y cada uno de los adicionales de cuenta. Es decir, 2 pases para cada tarjeta de la cuenta. Los pases son de carácter personal e intransferible, esto quiere decir que no podes compartirlo con tu grupo de viaje, sino que cada uno debe tener su propia tarjeta o pase para ingresar.

Por ejemplo:
- Mamá titular de cuenta y tarjeta: posee 2 pases personales e intransferibles.
- Papá adicional de cuenta y titular de tarjeta Signature / Black: posee 2 pases personales e intransferibles
- Hijas/os: deberán consultarse previamente las condiciones de cada sala VIP, dado que existen rangos de edad que pudieran no abonar. En caso de ser mayores de 13 años, podés darle un adicional de tu tarjeta de crédito. En ese caso tendrá cada adicional 2 pases personales e intransferibles.
Los pases son para uso exclusivo de acceso a Salas VIP y no pueden canjearse por otros beneficios que poseen las Empresas. Los consumos y/o gastos extras en los que incurras durante tu estadía en la sala no están incluidos.
El beneficio de 2 pases por tarjeta es por año calendario, por ejemplo: del 01-01-2020 al 31-12-2020, a partir del 01-01-2021 tendrás 2 nuevos pases. Los pases no son acumulativos.
Siempre tenés que consultar el sitio web de cada Prestador para conocer particularidades de la sala que vayas a utilizar, por ejemplo: horarios permitidos de acceso, si los niños ingresan gratis, estadía máxima, si se incluyen todas las bebidas y/o comidas que se ofrecen dentro de la sala, si existe código de vestimenta, etc.

¿Qué debo presentar para ingresar?
En el caso de Nativa Mastercard, cada persona que ingrese deberá presentar su tarjeta Nativa Mastercard Black. En el caso de Nativa Visa Signature, cada persona que ingrese deberá presentar su credencial digital Priority Pass.

¿Qué pasa si decido ingresar con un invitado?

Dado que el beneficio del Banco contempla ingreso únicamente para quienes posean una tarjeta, podrán ingresar invitados y tendrán un costo adicional. Para consultar costos de acceso, podrás realizarlo mediante Comisiones y Cargos.
El cobro de Mastercard Airport Experiencies (MCAE) se reflejará en el resumen de cuenta en dólares estadounidenses; mientras que el de Priority Pass se reflejará en el resumen de cuenta en pesos argentinos. En ambos casos, se percibirá IVA e Impuesto PAIS sobre el monto pesificado.

Particularidades Nativa Mastercard Black
Para utilizar los pases bonificados mediante Mastercard Airport Experiences (MCAE), al momento de presentarte en la sala, tendrás que presentar tu DNI y/o Pasaporte y la tarjeta Nativa Mastercard Black.
Cada cliente debe ingresar con su propia Tarjeta Nativa Mastercard, de lo contrario el ingreso no será bonificado.

Cada usuario de Tarjeta Nativa Mastercard Black podrá controlar la cantidad de visitas disponibles al ver la sección “Visitas de cortesía” dentro de tu cuenta en línea en el sitio web https://airport.mastercard.com/ o en la app móvil (la cual se puede descargar del sitio web). Para hacerlo deberás iniciar sesión en tu cuenta para ver esta información.
Tanto en el sitio web como en la app móvil se encuentra toda la información disponible relativa al servicio y las condiciones de uso definidas por el proveedor: Lounge Key.

Para utilizar los pases bonificados mediante Priority Pass, al momento de presentarte en la sala, deberás acreditar el ingreso presentando tu DNI y/o Pasaporte y tu credencial digital Priority Pass.

1. ¿Cómo obtengo la credencial digital Priority Pass? Ingresando a https://www.prioritypass.com/VisaDigital/Argentina .

2. El sistema verificará con el número de tarjeta, mes y año de vencimiento del plástico, si la tarjeta es elegible. Luego te solicitará datos personales.
3. Descargar la App Priority Pass desde Google Play o Apple Store.
4. Al iniciar sesión en la App podrá acceder a tu Tarjeta de Membresía Digital Priority Pass. También podrás descargarla desde www.prioritypass.com ingresando en “Iniciar Sesión” con tu nombre de usuario y contraseña (generados en el paso 2).
5. Puede suceder que al momento de querer registrarte salga la leyenda: "Esta tarjeta no puede validarse como elegible para activar una Tarjeta de membresía digital de Priority Pass. Comuníquese con el banco emisor de su tarjeta para confirmar la elegibilidad". No te preocupes, acercate a tu sucursal y nosotros nos comunicamos con el operador del servicio (Collison Group) para que puedas realizar la habilitación.

Muy importante: este proceso debe realizarse con cada tarjeta adicional y/o titular para que cada uno posea las 2 visitas bonificadas. Y cada tarjetahabiente debe presentar su propia credencial digital Priority Pass al momento de ingresar a las salas VIP.

Además, podés acceder a información detallada de tus visitas ingresando a Visa Home Socios, opción + SERVICIOS/ Servicios VIP. Ahí vas a visualizar la vigencia, cantidad de visitas bonificadas, utilizadas y disponibles.
