I’ve visited Turkey several times in the last few years and surprisingly, it is one of the easiest and quick visa application for citizens of the United States of America. There are many sites that appear when you search for Online Turkish Visa, but it’s easiest, fastest, and cheapest to apply for an e-visa on the official electronic visa application system.
As of 2023, Americans can also apply for a multi-entry visa and even a visa on arrival, which was not previously available as an option.
It takes a couple of minutes and you can download the e-visa almost immediately after making the payment.
NOTE: Make sure you use the official Turkish website that I’ve linked to above and not the first link that pops up on Google. You’ll pay more for that service. THERE IS NO NEED TO USE ANY EXPEDITED SERVICE. I received my visa within 15 minutes on the official site.

How To Apply For A Turkish E-Visa Online In 2023/2024?
The application on the e-visa site is broken into two steps. The first part involves selecting the country of your travel document and entering a captcha code.
Next, you will need to select your entry date. It will automatically show a visa expiration date 180 days from the date you selected. The visa is valid for 180 days, with a maximum stay of 90 days.
The next screen will ask you to fill in your passport information, mother’s name, father’s name, birthdate, and birthplace.
After you filled in your information, you will receive an email with all the information that you will need to approve within 1 hour. It will include a reference number that you can use to log back into your application process at any time.
When you approve the information, you will be taken to a screen to make the payment.The cost for American citizens as of March 1, 2022 to get a Turkish e-Visa is $50 plus a $1.50 credit card processing fee.
As soon as you make the payment, you will be taken to a screen to download the e-visa within minutes. You’re done.
Passport control should automatically have the e-visa information in their system, but it is always advisable to have a printed copywith you on your travels. I suggest keeping a digital copy on your phone as well.

Turkey Visit Visa Fee for Pakistan Citizens January 2024
The visit visa fee for Pakistan nationals stands at $60. The validity period of your e-Visa will begin as of the date you enter Türkiye. The period of stay cannot exceed the duration stated on the left-hand side.

Ordinary passport holders can obtain three month-multiple entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. They can also get their visas from Turkish diplomatic representations abroad or they can obtain their three month-multiple entry visas upon their arrival to Türkiye at the ports of entry.
You must have a job offer or contract and sponsorship from a Turkish employer. In order for your visa to be accepted, you must have a valid work permit, health insurance, and a valid passport. When applying, it is required to apply in person at your local Turkish embassy or consulate.
